Frequently asked.

  • Just yourself. Robes, towels, slippers and amenities are provided. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in.

  • Most treatments run 30 to 60 minutes. Plan for around 90 minutes in total to enjoy the full ritual unhurried.

  • Absolutely. Our team will guide you through every step. There is no prior experience required, only the willingness to slow down.

  • Two to three sessions per week is a beautiful rhythm. Even once a week, consistently, will change how you feel.

  • Yes — many of our guests pair sauna with cold plunge, or breathwork with red light. We will gladly help you build a session.
