Just yourself. Robes, towels, slippers and amenities are provided. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in.
Most treatments run 30 to 60 minutes. Plan for around 90 minutes in total to enjoy the full ritual unhurried.
Absolutely. Our team will guide you through every step. There is no prior experience required, only the willingness to slow down.
Two to three sessions per week is a beautiful rhythm. Even once a week, consistently, will change how you feel.
Yes — many of our guests pair sauna with cold plunge, or breathwork with red light. We will gladly help you build a session.
